However, all employees are prohibited from any transaction that directly or indirectly competes with the interests of our subscribers. Billing & Payments

All payments are due on the Account Statement Date. The Account Statement Date is the monthly anniversary of the date the account was first charged after the free trial period. If you provide MonsterTrades.com your credit card information and keep your account active past the free trial period, you authorize MonsterTrades.com to automatically charge your credit or debit card for charges that apply to your account.

Please note that due to processing costs we have a no refund policy. All cancellation requests need to be made via email for an audit trail. Please send cancellation notices to support@monstertrades.com.

All cancellation requests received on non-business days will be processed the next business day. If your account is set to renew on a non-business day, please cancel the prior business day before 5:00 PM (EST). It is the subscriber’s responsibility to manage their account and understand when their account is scheduled to renew.

Account Suspension

In the event a user fails to provide us with correct credit card information and we are unable to collect subscription fees on time, your account will be suspended and an open invoice will be created for the fees due. We reserve all rights to suspend any user’s access to services, without prior notice.

Upon receipt of payment and re-activation, any and all discounts that may have been applied to the account will no longer be valid or accepted. In the event a user’s account is suspended, upon receipt of payment and re-activation, any and all service time that was lost due to the suspended period will not be re-applied to your account, and the billing period will continue as was originally established on the account.

Limitation of Liability

Pinpoint Financial Group, LLC and (“The Website,” MonsterTrades.com) liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited in the aggregate to direct and actual damages not to exceed the fees received by Pinpoint Financial Group, LLC from the applicable user during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

In no event shall Pinpoint Financial Group, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data, or use, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Website or services.

Registration & User Obligations

You will provide MonsterTrades.com with accurate and complete registration information and advise us promptly of any changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

MonsterTrades.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in its sole discretion.

Performance Disclaimer

NOTICE: Past performance is not necessarily an indication of future performance. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Further, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under-compensated or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity.
