Markets:
Stock futures are showing strength to start the week. S&P 500 futures are up 0.4%, while Nasdaq-100 futures lead with a 0.7% gain. Dow futures are hovering near the flatline.
Micron Technology is up over 3%, fueling momentum across the chip sector. Nvidia and AMD added about 2% and 1%, respectively, while the VanEck Semiconductor ETF (SMH) rose 1%. Tech names like Meta Platforms and Palantir are also higher in premarket trading.
Last month ended strong across the board — the S&P 500 gained 2.3%, the Dow climbed 2.5%, and the Nasdaq outperformed with a 4.7% surge. Much of this momentum has been powered by continued excitement around artificial intelligence and easing U.S.-China trade tensions.
Investors are also keeping an eye on Washington, as the ongoing government shutdown has delayed several key data reports, including the monthly jobs numbers.
Portfolio:
Monster week ahead! Earnings from PLTR, AMD, SMCI, APP, HOOD, IONQ, ARM, IREN, and SOUN are on deck — each one plays a key role in the ongoing tech and AI revolution.
We enter this new month — and one of the most historically dominant stretches of our trading calendar — holding positions in SOXL, WFC, TSLL, and OPEN.
The next three months offer what we believe are some of the most powerful trading opportunities of the year. The end-of-year and early-year cycles align beautifully for momentum traders — and we’re ready to capitalize.
And honestly, the amount of bearish talk I’ve seen this weekend only fires me up more. The disbelief in this rally is the fuel behind it. Historically, we’re still early in this cycle — potentially 30 to 32 months left in it from today’s point.
We’re in the midst of a technological revolution — one that even visionaries like Bill Gates are calling as transformative as the birth of the internet. President Trump compared this very moment to the internet discovery era just this weekend — and he’s right.
This is that moment. The world is shifting. There is a tech revolution taking place and we been leading this charge for almost 2 years now. Better believe we will be in full attack mode for the next 2 years as well or until we see a clear break. For now, embrace it!
