Good morning MonsterTrades.
U.S. stock futures declined on Wednesday as investors grew concerned over rising Treasury yields and closely watched developments on a new federal budget bill.
Markets continue to grind higher, though price action is largely range-bound this week—exactly as anticipated. As noted earlier, maintaining levels above QQQ 514 and SPY 589 keeps the uptrend intact. We continue to target QQQ 530 and SPY 600 in the near term, should current levels hold.
Several charts are setting up for potential explosive moves—TSLA in particular is flashing strength. Meanwhile, IWM is consolidating tightly and could be coiling for a breakout, with 230 as a possible upside target over the coming weeks. CRWD coiled up into earnings.
That said, if SPY breaks and closes below 589, it could signal a short-term shakeout before the next leg higher. For now, patience is key. The setup is developing—there’s no need to force trades. When the momentum confirms, we strike.
One update for today is to adjust your stop on NN to 12.50. Be ready today!
