Good morning.  Remove your target on our FIG position.  Positive news was released this morning regarding FIG Repurchasing Kauffman’s Ownership Interests At $3.50/Shr.  It’s bidding well over $5 and we feel may see $6 today.  This will be a monster hit for us this morning.  We will send another update when to exit.
